工作地点：海口、三亚、四川、乐山 您的工作内容What you will do: 1.产品转量产前对其结构、工艺、设计、品质等可量产性进行评估； Evaluate the structure, process, design, quality and other mass production factors before the product is transferred to mass production. 2.产品转量产前与已量产项目转厂前的装机指导，SOP、工艺流程图的制作和发布，确保新产品顺利导入到量产; Installation guidance before the product transfer to mass production and before the transfer of mass production projects; the production and release of SOP and process flow chart; to ensure the smooth introduction of new products into mass production. 3.量产前工装夹具及测试夹具的评估与发布; Evaluation and release of tooling fixtures and test fixtures before mass production. 4.样机试制，进行现场试验并处理故障，提出产品结构改进措施; Prototype trial production, on-site testing and troubleshooting, and propose product structure improvement measures. 5.对外包部分的供应商进行评估和管理、技术对接与跟进管理； Evaluation and management, technical docking and follow-up management of outsourcing suppliers. 6.与代工厂讨论新产品的进展，确认试产交期，确保按时出货。 Discuss the progress of the new product with the foundry, confirm the trial production lead time, and ensure timely shipment.
